Long Overdue Update

The big annual gathering was held in March at Lake Bastrop and what a great time we all had! Lucy Locket and I were able to go down on Friday night and rise early to plant a couple of boxes before we headed over to the pavilion. I enjoyed visiting with “old” friends and meeting a lot of new ones. My favorite part of the day was meeting a group of boxers on the trail and tagging along with them. Also, we met at Silver Eagle’s and Baby Bear’s camp site for a evening full of stories and yummy peach cobbler made on the campfire. Thanks to Silver Eagle and Baby Bear, for another great event! Can’t wait until next year!
