What a great way to spend Christmas Eve.! Lucy Locket and I were wondering around Texas looking for those little boxes hidden everywhere!! We made our first stop in Dallas on Friday picking up some lost keys and checking on one of my boxes. The next day, We headed out to find the Jazz Quartet series and several other boxes. One at the top of our list was the Tx. Tour bus! What a great find!! We ended up stamping in about 14 boxes as we took a trip to Italy and Athens (Texas Of course!) I can't wait to get Holland and Paris. These are really neat stamps in a series. What a tribute to some famous Cities in Texas! It was a great day! The weather was perfect and the traffic wasn't too bad. We got to Athens about 30 min. Or so before the gardens closed, so we had to hurry. It was also getting dark. I think this was the quickest either of us have ever logged in a box! We got home in time to settle down a bit and think about Christmas the next day. I think we may make this an annual event! This picture is the Arboretum in Athens. A neat little garden with lots of hiking trails with a suspension bridge. A great place to visit and stamp in a box!
