Saturday I was cleaning house all morning with the determination to stay home all day as I have been gone a lot lately. LSS was hiking and camping so, I got very busy doing almost a "Spring Cleaning". After a couple of hours, I decided I deserved a break and sat down to watch Walk the Line. (I recommend this one. ) After the movie, back to work. Finishing up I could not pass up such a beautiful day to box. I called Lucy Locket and told her I was heading to Nacogdoches to find a couple of new boxes there. I am really looking forward to getting LL"s Mozart Box.
We headed out to the azalea Gardens at SFA where I got Monkey Business. We then headed to Pioneer Park to find Mozart. Due to a motorcycle rider and several other people who were too close to the box, I was forced to wait on this one. Leaving the park, we went back to retrieve Number 4, which had eluded me before. There were lots of people there enjoying the sunshine and great weather, so having tried twice that day, I gave in to the fact that this one also would have to wait. I did get one stamp, spent time with LL and had a great day!
Can't wait until the gathering on Sat. To meet other boxers and get some great stamps!
