Last week-end, I decided to take the Mission Impossible at Alligator Park challenge. I took my favorite boxers....Lucy Locket, Roarin' Lion and Stinky Monkey with me to Powhatan, La. It's about a 3 hour drive but worth every minute it takes to get there. We learned gators lay their eggs in June, stop eating when the temp drops below 75 degrees and they LOVE chicken!! Their are several feeding shows, which are exciting and a great photo opportunity. Young and old alike will enjoy this adventure. The staff is great and willing to answer any and all questions. You can even hold a small gator if you are brave enough! Thanks to the Boxalots for a great stamp and new place to visit again and again.
